MonQua Automation — Privacy Policy

Who we are

MonQua Automation is an internal automation tool operated by a single content creator ("the operator") to publish the operator's own pre-produced videos to the operator's own social media accounts.

What data we process

MonQua Automation does not collect, store, or process personal data from the general public or from viewers of the published content. The only data it handles is:

• Video files, captions, and metadata that the operator has personally created;
• OAuth access tokens issued by each platform (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) that authorize the tool to publish to the operator's own connected accounts.

How data is used

Access tokens are used exclusively to call each platform's official publishing API to schedule and post content that the operator has already prepared. Tokens are stored securely on infrastructure controlled by the operator and are never shared with or sold to third parties.

Data retention

Tokens and content metadata are retained only as long as needed to operate the publishing pipeline, and are deleted when a connected account is disconnected.
