This Privacy Policy explains how MonQua Automation ("we", "the tool") handles information when you use it to schedule and publish your own videos to your own social media accounts. By using MonQua Automation you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who this tool is for

MonQua Automation is a self-serve publishing tool used by the account owner to publish their own original content to social accounts they own and connect (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram). It is not a service that collects or processes data about other people's audiences.

2. Information we handle

• Account authorization tokens. When you connect a social account, the platform issues a secure access token through its official OAuth flow. We store this token only to publish content on your behalf. We never see or store your platform passwords.
• Basic account information. Where a platform provides it (for example, your account name or ID), we use it only to confirm the correct account is connected and to display it back to you.
• Content you provide. The videos, titles, descriptions, captions, thumbnails and schedules you add in order to publish them.
• Operational logs. Basic technical logs (for example, whether a publish succeeded or failed) used to keep the tool running reliably.

3. What we do NOT do

• We do not collect data about your viewers or audience.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not access accounts you have not connected, and we do not post content you did not create.

4. How information is used

Information is used solely to provide the tool's core function: publishing your own videos to your own connected accounts at the times you choose, and showing you the status of those publications.

5. Third-party platforms

MonQua Automation connects to third-party platforms through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, including: TikTok, Google/YouTube, and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). We only send the content and requests needed to publish on your behalf.

6. Data retention

We retain your authorization tokens and content only for as long as needed to provide the service. When you disconnect an account or ask us to delete your data, the associated tokens and stored content are removed.

7. Your control and revoking access

You can disconnect any account at any time. You can also revoke MonQua Automation's access directly from the platform's own security settings (for example, TikTok, Google, or Meta account settings). Revoking access immediately stops the tool from publishing to that account.

8. Security

Authorization tokens are stored securely and used only for publishing actions you have configured. Access to the system is restricted to the account owner.

9. Children's privacy

MonQua Automation is intended for adult content creators and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
